At The Hambledon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if for any reason you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including the completed return form inside the package.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
